Golden Rule Contractors is pleased to offer free roof inspections and damage assessments for homeowners in East and Southeast Nebraska. Inspections take about 15-20 minutes and can be done while you’re home or with permission, while you’re away.

During our inspection process, we:

Setup a time to talk with you and discuss your concerns, or simply schedule a time to visit your home and get on the roof
Conduct the inspection, where we survey your shingles for damage
Give you a summary of what we find and provide recommendations for next steps
If repairs or replacement is needed, we’ll schedule a time to meet with your insurance adjuster to confirm the scope of work

Golden Rule Contractors was founded in 1996 by Matt and Dave Burkey.

As the oldest two boys in a family of seven, we learned responsibility at a young age living on the farm. Our Mennonite heritage stresses the importance of living by the Golden Rule:
